The Trend Report according to VOGUE UK- this is for every fashionista:-)

If in doubt, make it pink, smother it with flowers and wear it with flat sandals next summer. With the biggest news of the season breaking on the last day of Paris Fashion Week  - that of Marc Jacobs leaving Louis Vuitton after 16 years.

I'm so looking forward to a new season seen through rose or fuchsia, blush, bubblegum, or neon pink-tinted spectacles - which makes Francesca Burns's "Pink Lady" shoot in the September 2013 issue (shot by Walter Pfeiffer on Cara Delevingne), all the more foresightful and satisfying. So this is our hot-off-the-catwalk rundown of the season's A-to-Z of major trends, biggest stories, prettiest faces and most prolific gossip

A is for Azzedine Alaia

Big names come and go, small names flash up in lights, but Alaia remains the favourite in everybody’s eyes

B is for Bras

PradaFrom Prada to McQueen to Louis Vuitton, with Aquilano.Rimondi, Rodarte and Givenchy in between, it's all about the big reveal.

C is for Coats

Regardless of time of year, spring collections now include several – everybody did outerwear.

D is for Dance

Jean Paul Gaultier recreated Grease Lightening; Rick Owens forewent models in favour of street dancers; Lily Cole put on an “experimental performance” at Vivienne Westwood in London

E is for Embellishment

Louis VuittonFrost yourself for day – sportswear even came smothered in jewellery. At Vuitton the girls wore nothing but, and at Chanel they were gobstopper sized at the neck and wrist and all over handbags.

F is for Florals

Christopher KaneChristopher Kane was botanical and scientific; Raf Simons filled the show with flowers; there were hydrangeas on our seats at Erdem and at Paul & Joe, and everybody – but everybody – else just used them in print.

L is for Logos

VersacePucci, Missoni, Versace, Wang, Vuitton, Paul & Joe – Chanel made a whole art exhibition of its own one.

M is for Matchy Matchy

Emilia WicksteadWear the same print on your dress as on your shoes and on your handbag: Emilia Wickstead, Mary Katrantzou, Celine, Chanel. And if you don’t own matching ones, mix your prints together – the anything goes attitude still applies.

N is for Newcomer

Stella JeanStella Jean in Milan got everybody talking.

P is for Pink

Temperley LondonAnd if it’s not pink, it’s pleated.

R is for Retrospective

Louis VuittonMoschino greatest hits, JPG, Vuitton was Jacobs’s best hits. If ever there was an excuse never to throw anything away, this is it. Bring out your original Stephen Sprouse graffiti bags and rejoice!

S is for Sandals, flat ones

JW AndersonWe liked JW Anderson’s swimming pool slides the best.

There are a lot more to look forward too next season, so make sure to check it out in here
