How to achieve perfect hands

Walk through any store and you will see Ashly Covington’s hands on everything from the product packaging of Reynolds Wrap and Hamilton Beach to book covers for the Eat This! Not That! series. Turn on the TV and you can catch Ashly’s hands pouring bottles of Miller Lite, swirling razors for Gillette or opening delicious desserts for Jell-O.  Ashly’s hands have appeared in numerous magazines including Woman’s WorldInStyle and O Magazine.  She has been the celebrity hands for Brooke Shields, Charlize Theron, Adrianna Lima and Marilu Henner.
No matter the medium, Ashly Covington is enjoying earning her place in the world of body modelling as one of the top hand models.

As a teenager I always was ashamed of my hands. They were very dry, my cuticles were horrible. They were bleeding sometimes, because they were so dry. My friends had smooth and soft hands where as I looked like a teenager with a granny hands. I have to say I struggled for a while to make a change. Hand creams helped me to some extend, but after reading Ashly's interview I changed my routine. So happy that I read and kept that article. Girls prepare to have a gorgeous hands:-)

What it's important is to minimise exposure to water which dehydrates hands. Wear household gloves while washing dishes or doing household chores and be sure to moisturise afterwards. Also use sulfate free cleaners.

Before going to bed, douse your hands with vitamin E oil, then cover with layer of hand lotion like coca butter. Next, cover with a thin layer of Vaseline which holds the vitamin E and coca butter into the skin. Stick your hands in a pair of socks (or cotton gloves) and got o sleep for the night. It's cheap, effective and will help give you great-looking hands.

I find it easier to put my oils creams ect before I start cleaning the house. I will put all the oils and cream first, then I will wear cotton gloves and on the top of that I would wear household gloves. Not only your pores will open up, which mean all the vitamins and creams will be absorbed by the skin, but also you don't have to worry that you look silly while you asleep. I prefer to do it than way, as the gloves never ever stayed on my hands till the morning:-(

Hope it will help you.

    1. There's more hand models, but that easy trick will help your hands. Apparently bitamin E is good for your under eyes areas too.

Let me know if you tried that little trick
