So for all my foodies here is a little bit of heaven:
Helena Christensen: Tuna Pasta
"I like making pasta, it's a total cliché, but even if you don't have anything in the cupboard at home you can still make a decent plate of food. A can of tuna, some garlic, a can of tomatoes and some pasta and you have a delicious dish. Maybe add a little basil and lemon, a chopped onion and parmigiana and you're good to go."
Jourdan Dunn: Cantonese Duck
"It's really hard to choose one recipe – but if you were coming over tonight and I had to throw something together quickly I’d probably do a Cantonese duck recipe. If you don’t have much time, you can buy a shop-made marinade, but they’re nicer if you make your own and it’s really easy. Marinade it - for as long as you can, but half an hour or 20 mins will do. Then pan fry it for about three minutes on each side and then into the oven for 15 mins."
Karlie Kloss: Chocolate-Chip Banana Bread
Ingredients
- 2 cups of gluten-free all-purpose baking flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp xanthan gum
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup rapeseed oil
- 2/3 cup agave nectar
- 2/3 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 3 bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 2 cups dark-chocolate mini chips
Method:
Preheat oven to 165C/325F/gas mark 3. Lightly grease a 16cm by 11cm by 10cm loaf tin.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, xanthan gum, salt and cinnamon. Add the oil, agave nectar, almond milk and vanilla to the dry ingredients, and stir until smooth.
Using a plastic spatula, gently fold in the bananas, chocolate chips and walnuts.
Pour the batter in the pan. It should fill it halfway.
Bake on the centre rack of the oven for 35 minutes, rotating after 20 minutes. When you press on the loaf and it bounces back slightly, or a toothpick comes out clean, it is ready.

Is she for real? She's so damn skinny and she gives us such a sweet receipt? That sounds delicious. Might have to try it.
Edie Campbell: Aubergine Pasta
“I’ve been working my way through Nigel Slater’s recipe book – the man is a genius. I quite fancy taking six months out to make a cookery book actually. My favourite food is Italian or anything with aubergine in it – such an underestimated vegetable. My signature dish is probably pasta with tomato sauce, aubergine and garlic.”
Simple but sounds delicious. In my house garlic and onion is a must have.
They are the ones I really like, so if you want to read more you can find them in here
Have a lovely Friday
