FRESH JUICE:-)

We all love fresh FRUIT juices, but we'd rather buy them than make them on our own. It sounds difficult, but believe me it's not. There are a lot of recipes in the Internet for raw food diet beginners, or just for people like me who want a glass of fresh juice once in a while.

Fresh fruits are naturally sweet but most vegetables aren't. Is there a way to make something healthy taste better? I say hell yeah.

Before you start the journey with juices here are some tips that I found on the Internet:
1. Add in some fruit or carrot to sweeten up your greens and mellow in taste
2. Go fresh and organic- juices made from organic veg and fruits make better sense
3. It's better to leave skins on in juicing vegetable recipes, that's where much of he nutritional value is. But I would recommend to do a little more research to make sure if it makes a sense to leave the skin on all veg or fruits- just in case
4. Get a decent juicer to get the most out of vegetable juicing recipes. You want to get as much juice from your fruits and vegetables as you can
5. Vary your ingredients. Be creative!
6. So lets get started :-)

Here is our juicer. It wasn't the top of the range, but together with my hubby we decided to go for something not so pricey in order to see if we can keep up with making the juice.

What we used for our juice is: Kale (seems that many celebrities are using it), celery, carrots, cucumber, lemon, apples and ginger. Even when we found a recipe, it's not really specified how many apples or carrots you have to use. I would say taste your juice and see if you want it to be sweater (add more fruits or carrots) or you want to have it greener (use more kale or cumber)

So let's start:-)

Few minutes later we were enjoying very healthy and to be honest really tasty juice. It's so easy.

The only thing I would say is to get the juicer where all the parts (that you will have to wash) can be washed in the dishwasher.

Hope you will join me in making fresh juices
Love
Ewelina

    1. smoothies are even easier. I use only blender for them. You can put fruits and natural yogurt, mix everything and that's it. So yummy
